These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of the site helqovix.com and the services offered by Helqovix S.A.S. ("Helqovix"). By accessing the site, you accept these Terms in full.
1. Identification
Helqovix S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71834562-9, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, registered with the General Inspection of Justice under No. 5,892,421 and registered with the National Securities Commission as Crowdfunding Platform No. 47/2024.
2. Object
Helqovix operates a real estate crowdlending digital platform that allows investors to contribute capital to construction and residential development projects in Argentina, in accordance with the Crowdfunding Platforms Regime provided for in Law 27,349 and CNV regulations.
3. Access and registration
To access certain services, you must register by providing truthful and complete data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out from your account. Helqovix reserves the right to suspend accounts in case of breaches.
4. Investor requirements
To invest in projects, you must be over 18 years old, resident in Argentina or meet the applicable requirements for foreign investors according to the CNV, and complete the know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money-laundering process in accordance with the UIF.
5. Investment risk
Investments in real estate projects entail risks, including the total or partial loss of the invested capital, construction delays, market variations and exchange-rate risks. Estimated returns do not guarantee future results. Before investing, carefully read the documentation of each project.
6. Intellectual property
All site contents (texts, images, logos, software) are the property of Helqovix or are licensed for use. Their total or partial reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
Helqovix acts as an intermediary platform. It does not guarantee the success of published projects or the returns estimated by the developers. Under no circumstances will Helqovix be liable for lost profits, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site.
8. Modifications
Helqovix may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from their publication. If you continue using the site after the modifications, you will be deemed to accept the new conditions.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any controversy, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other forum or jurisdiction.
