We collect first name, last name and email address when you subscribe to the newsletter. We also gather automatic technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, date and time of access and source references. If you contact us by email, we keep the content of the message.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to send you information about real estate crowdlending projects, manage your subscription, improve the operation of the site, comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud. We do not use your data for automated decisions with legal effects.

6. Recipients
Your data may be shared with technology service providers (hosting, email marketing, analytics), with the National Securities Commission and other competent authorities when required by law, and with the Financial Information Unit (UIF) in relation to anti-money-laundering prevention.
7. International transfers
Some providers may be located outside Argentina. In such cases we guarantee adequate levels of protection through contractual clauses and the provisions of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
8. Your rights (ARCO)
You may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and opposition over your data by writing to hello@helqovix.com. The AAIP, the control body of Law 25,326, has the authority to handle complaints and claims regarding data protection.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), access controls, monitoring and periodic audits. Nevertheless, no transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
